Understanding how to use SeeSaw for remote learning
For Reception and Key Stage 1 children we have decided to facilitate remote learning by using SeeSaw. SeeSaw is a fantastic app which can run on mobile devices such as mobile phones and tablets, as well as on laptops and desktop computers. It easily facilitates learning as teachers set and post activities for the children to complete online, with teachers able to mark and feedback on them.
Have a look at the video to the left which shows how to get started with SeeSaw.
How do we access the live events for feedback from the teachers?
Each Tuesday and Thursday, staff will be available to speak to any children remote learning via video link. As SeeSaw does not facilitate this, we will enable this through Microsoft Teams. You will receive a link to join the live event via PING and by clicking this link you will be able to access it as a guest, meaning there is no need to sign in to Teams to do this.
